Given how that Obama is 50% United States and 50% Kenyan, ask yourself this question: would you like to live with just 50% of your body parts? Children are expected to do more than 50% of their schoolwork and the Electoral College is supposed to be won by at least more than 50% of Electoral College votes and George Washington was unaminously elected by the Electoral College. Seems like Obama is a threat to United States Security, remember his friend Rev. Jeremiah Wright? I say that the Supreme Court should nullify Obama's Presidential status.

I wish someone would file suit about the unconstitutionality of the Obamacare waivers and set asides for favored orgs and associations.
Obamas eligibility issue is over, the courts don’t care and the standing issue is their universal method of denying cases.

After what happened with Chief Justice Roberts on Obamacare being a “tax”, what makes you think that SCOTUS will ever give a right ruling on the things really critical to Obama’s thug regime? The eligibility issue is done for. It has been attempted 20, 30, 40 times or more and. Every time I can remember it was dismissed for “standing” issues.
If somebody showed up with video proof and uncontestable witnesses and documentation the courts would still not overturn his election. Their excuse would be the will and desire of the people to elect him.
I am not suggesting giving up but it is time to spend our remaining time fighting battles we have a higher probability of winning. Quit doing the same thing over and over and hoping for a different outcome.
Obama and his enablers are hoping and planning that all the stuff from his eligibility to the latest scandals gets ‘over’ so that they can have easy sliding towards reducing the USA to a third world nation like those in his beloved Africa. That so many USA citizens are willing to grease the slide by ‘getting over’ is bewildering. Even the staunch USA organizations like the VFW, American Legion, and others go for this ‘get over’ idea. In case there are questions as to my standing, I am a WWII overseas army veteran and a member of the VFW. I rue the days of this ‘get over’ mantra when I think of my only bother who was killed on Okinawa.
The only reason why the SCOTUS said that Obamacare can tax people is because it’s part of income tax legislation and the 16th Amendment of the Constitution provides for income tax legislation. I think we’ve got the opportunity to get Obama out of office. Even when Biden becomes President afterwards, we can get the Speaker of the House John Boehner to be VP and then we can get a new Speaker of the House also. Don’t let Obama scare you; it’s irresponsible to not try to get him out of office. Did you know that Obama and the Dems want to make community service obligatory for all Repubs? That’s what I heard on CNN. How long do you think they’ll let you keep your freedoms?
I actually wonder if Kenyans put in the bodies of the entities that come from their country mind control genes. There’s no telling what kind of foreign plans Obama is preparing.

The same thing that keeps us from winning on this issue will keep us from winning on ANY issue. Once the system has accepted that the rule of law is dead there’s nothing left except survival of the fittest, and the thugs have a distinct advantage since they control the entire system of courts, media, law enforcement, economy, bureaucracy, and military.
I agree that we need to fight on all fronts and I’ve been trying to do that, but until our so-called “leaders” drop their squeamishness about calling a spade a spade and stop worrying about their image with the “cool kids”, it doesn’t matter which spade we concentrate on; they’ll never call it what it is and thus never actually confront it.
And regarding “standing”, the courts need to learn that if there is no justice all that’s left will be vigilante justice. As long as they think we’re too pansified to actually do it, they have no incentive to give us real justice. This is OUR country, they better dang well believe it is our business if a foreign enemy combatant elected to the White House by the ignorant masses is sending our finest off to be killed by an enemy he armed, or is committing acts of war against Mexico, Libya, Egypt, and Syria and arming the Muslim Brotherhood, Al Qaeda affiliates in Syria, and Hamas in Egypt. It is OUR business if he is paying another country to murder its own innocent civilians so he can have Hamas on Israel’s doorstep in Egypt. It is OUR business if he is providing over 20,000 manpads with which the planes we and our loved ones fly in can be blown to bits at any time. This is ALL our business, and if the courts don’t figure that out the easy way then they’re gonna have to learn it the hard way. Maybe they need to wade through angry protesters every time they leave their office or their house. Maybe they need to be booed at the pizza parlor. Something has to hit home to them, that they CANNOT ride this tiger forever.
