Dems: Christie can be beaten
The Hill's Ballot Box ^ | November 11, 2013 | Niall Stanage

Democrats insist they can thwart Chris Christie (R) if he seeks the White House in 2016, despite the broad appeal he showed in winning reelection last week.

Even though the New Jersey governor secured more than 60 percent of the votes against state Sen. Barbara Buono (D), Democratic strategists in the Garden State and beyond believe he has vulnerabilities they could exploit in a national election.

Above all, they assert that Christie’s famously combative style could result in a loss of self-control during the heat of a presidential campaign.

Steve Elmendorf, who served as deputy campaign manager for then-Sen. John Kerry’s 2004 presidential bid, said Christie has “a conflict between appearing authentic and becoming unhinged.”

“People like the fact that he gets angry and yells at people sometimes. But they don’t want their next president to be unhinged.”

Christie’s combative tendencies were on display during the gubernatorial campaign, and his supporters point out that they did not do him much harm.

It was widely reported that the governor told a female public school teacher who criticized him at a campaign stop, “I’m tired of you people.” A photo of Christie jabbing his finger at the teacher went viral on social media.

Christie denied using the words reported but did not dispute that it was a tense exchange. By his account, the woman asked him why he referred to public schools as “failure factories,” and he replied, “Because they are.” He also insisted, “What I said was, ‘It’s never enough for you people. No matter how much money I give, it’s never enough for you people.’”(continued)

The only anti-Hillary ad we need to run:

Video of her...
“What Difference, at this point, does it make?”

followed by this scrolling text and narrative woman’s voice-over:

Madame Secretary, the “difference” is THE TRUTH!
And, the American People deserve to know THE TRUTH, about;
1. Why the Ambassador and 3 other Americans died that night?
2. What the Ambassador was doing in Benghazi that night?
3. Why was there no effort to improve the Security in Benghazi, after repeated requests by the Ambassador?
4. Why there was no effort to defend, protect, or rescue the Ambassador that night?
5. Why were the teams who had prepared to deploy, to attempt a rescue, PROHIBITED from proceeding?
6. WHO Prohibited those teams from proceeding?
7. Who authorized the lie about the attack being a protest against a video?
8. Why did Susan Rice, President Obama, and YOU, Madame Secretary, continue to repeat that lie, for more than a week after you KNEW that was a LIE?

We’ll have much better options this time. 2012 was bleak.

Already, FOX is behind Krispy Kreme 100%.

That crap won’t work this time. There’s not a dime’s worth of difference between Fatso, Jeb or Hillary.

I pulled the level for the last two losers.

RINOS DO NOT WIN. If you want to be strung along by Rove and co, be my guest.

The RINO’s can’t wait to “roll out” Christie as their candidate, literally.

Of course Christie can be beaten. But so far, Democrats have had no reason to do so. He’s already helping their Party out better than any New Jersey Democrat ever could.

Bush wasn’t squishy?

No he was a big government guy that refused to defend himself no mater how much it hurt us and emboldened the left....

I pass on the Bush admiration.. Nice guy but no conservative and he wasted thousands of American lives... for what?

“The Tea Party are the real RINOS! Only Christie can win!”

The chant has already started over at Rove News.

Too bad for them we’ve wised up to their presidential primary crap, and we’re ready for a knife-fight this time. The so-called ‘moderate wing’ of the party is about 28%. They usually only ever win by default when they destroy the other candidates with phony info (Huntsman’s antics), or there is not a real conservative challenger.

Hey, I’m Cruz, all the way.

I’m talking about “stay home” mentality, as though that’s a political strategy that helps America.

Don’t sit here and whine about who you won’t do anything for.

Get off of your butt and support the true conservative....NOW!!!

Bernie Goldberg on with BOR.

If I heard him right, he was trying to make a point that the Tea Party will stay home if they don’t get their candidate (mentioned Cruz) and that the majority of the Republicans will stay home if the candidate is too conservative (as in Cruz).

His point being that the Tea Party will help elect hillary by staying home if Christy is the nominee...said they’re being too rigid.

I’m talking about if Christie wins the primary (which will only happen through real shenanigans), I will not waste my time voting for him in the general. He’s no worth the vote. Not a dime’s difference between him and Shitlery.

In the primary, I’ll be backing Ted Cruz (should he decide to run), and there are a couple of others I would be very happy to get behind should they end up the nominee.

The pressure from the radical Obastard Admin has ripped the veneer off the Geriatric Old Party. The ONLY good thing to come from this obama-nation.
