During his speech at the Civil Rights Summit held at the LBJ Presidential Library, former President Bill Clinton sounded a gloomy note about the current state of the economy under President Obama.
Clinton, whom Obama frequently described as the Secretary of Explaining Stuff, pointed out that the current state of the economy made it more difficult to unite Americans politically.
It is all the more difficult today because of the economic conditions that we find ourselves, where medium family income today after inflation is still lower than it was the day I left office, he said, adding, where all over the world, there is a job shortage particularly acute among the young.
Clinton asserted that although statistics show that the economy is growing, almost all of it is going to the top ten percent, in some cases even five or one percent of us.
That economic divide, Clinton noted, was bad for the country.
You do not have to resent the wealthy to know that that is an extreme constraint on the long-term economic growth and social well-being of America, he said...

bubba is going to be doing more and more political surgery to cut the hildebeast away from obozo and to prepare the way for cankles.
Why would he do that? It’s only a core issue that is avoided by the Left and with some on the Right who don’t get it.
I wish they could make up their minds.
Exactly. The problem with Hillary, however, is that she’s an ineffectual loser who has always coasted in behind a powerful man and then claimed his successes as her own.
Obama hasn’t had any successes, so she had nothing to claim. And she sure as heck didn’t do anything noteworthy as SOS, except, of course, stand by her man (Barack) during Benghazi. This is the case even though she was nowhere to be found that night; come to think of it, Obama was also unreachable.
Bill, on the other hand, did have some successes because he was pragmatic and let the GOP (in charge of Congress at that time) interject some common sense, for which he naturally took credit.
So I guess Hillary was just sticking with her boss, the way she stuck with Bill in his seedy misdeeds.
Yep. This is all for the Hildebeast. How stupid do these idiots think we are, like we can't figure this out?
But - Bubba was the “first Black President”!! snort...
this is true. however it is important to remember that the ambassador and others had been trying for months to get higher ups to provide substantial additional security resources.
this was ignored all the way up the line for a long time, because obozo and hellary were spewing the nonsense that al qaeda was not a problem and libya was stable and secure.
Lol, Bill’s gonna try to hand a line of bull - as if Hillary isn’t of the same ‘mindset’ of Obama.
“We’re Going To Take Things From You” - Hillary Clinton
And no one cares that food or fuel are counted into the inflation rate.
Get in line sheep. It does not hurt very long.
I could live like a minor king in several Asian and Pacific countries on my little-bitty VA pay and may do so one day.
Gov. Sarah Palin, on the other hand, didn’t have a powerful, wealthy or well-connected husband, father, uncle or other relation to assist her. She is pretty much self-made. No wonder they feel the need to attack her constantly.
“prepare the way for candles”
The machine is already busy fabricating phony scandles against anyone in her way.
I can hear the miserable horndog now — “you’re getting another chance...get it right this time.”
It should be noted that the Clinton years were also the years the public Internet started to become popular—and that popularity fueled a major economic boom.

....where medium family income today after inflation is still lower than it was the day I left office, he said...
What about since W left office?
I’m thinking the same thing. The only fear I have is what if that check stops coming. I’d rather be near family.
its ok :)
