CURL: 1%: Hillary is 2016’s Mitt Romney
The Washington Times ^ | June 22, 2014 | Joseph Curl

(VIDEO-AT-LINK)

Hillary Clinton is, without question, a smart lady. She has been a senator and secretary of state, after all. So no dummy, she.

But is she smart enough to not run for president in 2016?

She was beaten handily in 2008 by a first-term senator named Barack despite the feared Clinton Rolodex of party high rollers. And while her favorability rating has risen steadily, especially since she left the public eye early this year, millions and millions of Americans who opposed her in 2008 — Republican and Democrat — are still out there.

Things are off to a terrible start. Has there ever been a more disastrous rollout of a presidential candidate than Hillary’s this past month? She couldn’t answer what she’d do in Iraq. She was caught in a lie about her health — outed by her own husband. Then she said they were “dead broke” when they came out of the White House (they had two houses worth at least $5 million). On Saturday, she said she and Bubba are not “truly well off,” despite Bill’s $100 million bankroll.

Worse, her 656-page book has been roundly panned — even by liberal outlets like The Washington Post. Some critics found it boring, staid, cautious, defensive. First-week book sales were dismal: 85,721. (Sarah Palin’s first week book sales: 467,604.)

Still worse, questions about her health continue to swirl....

Hillary Clinton is, without question, a smart lady.

When an article starts off with two major errors in the first sentence it is not possible to continue reading.

Wishful thinking I’m afraid. She’s got the infamous Mitt Romney statement (which he was right about) of 47% built-in vote. Single women adore her. If her health gets worse, which is a very real possibility, then the GOP will be ok.....otherwise she’s going to be difficult to beat.

Collective, behind the scene, forces beat Hillary. The same forces will determine who they want to win next election and organize all their effort money, rabble rousers and, most importantly, fraud apparatus behind that candidate. Right now it looks to be Hillary. If that remains we will see.

“illary Clinton is, without question, a smart lady”

Proof being what? She failed at all she has done.

Romney’s 47% statement was unexplainable, that is why no one has ever been able to explain who the 47% are.

The first sentence is sarcasm aimed at Lefties who idolize the HAG.
I had to google Joseph Curl and Sarah Palin to realize Curl is no bot for the GOPe/Left.

The 47% are the welfare moms, the massive amount of LEGAL immigrants that have come here, the low info voters, liberals on the east & west coasts, most black voters, over 60% of hispanic voters & most asians who now vote democrat.

Add them all up with some union thugs & Reagan democrats in the upper mid-west who sat out the election in 2012 you get not 47%, but a little over 51%....and Obama wins. That’s what we face in 2016.

Hillary did not fail at everything. She was quite successful in squashing the bimbo eruption against her philandering husband. B.J. (Billy Jefferson) Clinton finished his 8 years in White House.

Yeah, you didn’t define it either, you just threw a bunch on nothing against the wall to see if it would stick.

By the way, Romney won the Independents, so are you sure it was the “Reagan democrats” (whatever that would 32 years later””, that didn’t vote for him?

For what it’s worth, Romney had left the GOP and didn’t vote for Reagan/Bush, by the late 1980s he became solely a democrat supporter and even a fund raiser and voter.

Here’s a clue for you: demographics. We keep losing national elections. We lost to a total nothing, Obama, because he has tied together enough voting blocks to beat the GOP. I could care less what you think, or believe. Fact is THEY won the last 2 elections & unless the GOP wakes up Hillary is going to win in 2016. Let me define this for you: due to massive LEGAL immigration & the shrinking white vote the GOP may never win another election on the presidential level.

I’m not pushing Romney if that’s what you are saying....I’m explaining why the GOP lost, and due to demographics it matters little at this point who’s on the ticket. The GOP is fading away, and Clinton is going to be difficult to beat because of the demographic shift in the nation....not cause she’s any good, she’s not.

He lost for one reason. He didn’t get the votes needed. Demographics or fraud are something all non Democrat candidates have faced. In 2012 he needed more than average to overcome it. But he still didn’t get enough. And ultimately that’s what counts.

Had the GOP run someone that could point to a more conservative record than Barry, we would have not had a 2nd Obama presidency. But where everyone knows Barry was against gay marriage once, Mitt could not even point to that much on his record. Instead, there was a desire to grab guns, gay the military and civ institutions, hard left judges and a seemingly endless list of leftism.

But no one EVER could say Mitt was even a moderate Repub because his record proved he could not aspire so high. And so people either stayed home or voted 3rd party. And if the GOP again runs Mitt or one of his many clones...Jeb, Perry, Rand or their ilk, we will see a third consecutive Democrat term unless the previous Romney voters abandon the path of failure and join us in voting for a conservative.

There are 2 years to find one and get behind him or her. There is no excuse and there is no reason anyone on the political right should ever consider a liberal like that idiot ever again. People who even bring up the possibility of holding their nose at this point, regardless of who they may be are not ‘us’ and as Reagan said in his 75 speech, ‘Let them go their own way.’

Election stealing is a democratic fine art. Especially for Chicago natives. “ Bring out your Dead!”

Well, aside from the fact that I quoted the Romney 47% statement to show what a difficult spot the GOP is in I don’t get why you are even bringing him into the conversation ? He’s beside the point in what I was getting at. And this is what matters: Romney got more of the white vote than Reagan....and he still lost. So I disagree with you. Demographics are destiny; Period. Look at California.

The traditional GOP voter is being replaced by third world immigration. It’s simple math.
