A new Trayvon Martin cartoon is causing controversy because it portray efforts to impeach President Obama as being similar to the actions of George Zimmerman. As might be expected, Republicans and conservatives were upset, but should even some Democrats and progressives be calling foul?
In a related report by The Inquisitr, the civil rights movement led by the NAACP believes that so-called Trayvon Martin gun control laws should be implemented and the Stand Your Ground laws repealed even though Zimmerman’s defense team only used standard self defense. Zimmerman’s lawsuit against NBC is attempting an appeal, with his lawyers claiming the media company knowingly made Zimmerman sound racist.
The efforts to impeach Obama are long and varied. Practically everyone knows about how Sarah Palin has been talking about impeaching Obama for weeks now, with the illegal immigrant children crisis being the main thrust behind the efforts lately. But it turns out an amazing 33 percent of the American public may agree with Palin since a CNN/ORC poll claims about a third of all Americans believe Obama should be impeached and removed from office.
The odd part is that Karl Rove claims President Obama and the Democrats are encouraging talks about impeachment since it’s believed the American public will react negatively to such efforts and help the Democrats win the 2014 mid-term elections. This belief has John Boehner calling impeachment talk a White House “scam” although even Obama’s aides are supposedly taking the threat seriously. To put these comments in perspective, Boehner claims Obama’s impeachment is a bad idea.
The reason the Trayvon Martin cartoon may be off the mark is because even 13 percent of Democrats believe Congress should impeach President Obama. Earlier in the summer, a Texas Democrat made waves by portraying Obama with a Hitler mustache and part of her platform for running for the U.S. Senate was impeaching Obama.

Actuially its a perfect cartoon. The GOP is keeping an eye on what Obama does and Obama will wind up slamming their heads into the concrete again and again until the GOP has no choice but to impeach.
It resembles a browner Jay Leno.
The cartoonist is pulling the race card because as we all know blacks can do absolutely anything they want even if it harms or kills someone else, and if you’re against that you are racist

Like everything else it depends on who is doing the polling and how they word the questions.
Poor black people, they can’t be held responsible for their actions and bad behavior. Obama is a power hungry, lousy president who breaks the law because he is black, and that makes it all okay, except for the racists who don’t understand that Obama is making up for all that oppression the white guys have brought.
The same culture that looks the other way when their kids are employed by the illegal drug industry, looks the other way at the lawlessness of the President. No one is above the law.

actually I thought its a perfect cartoon, if you view Obama as the villain just like Martin. GOP is shadowing Obama to make sure he doesn’t do anything wrong. OBama turns around and bash GOP on concrete floor. GOP have no choice but to impeach
