On the news, I heard a bit from W campaigning for his brother. He said he realized there was anger out there, but voters “should not elect someone who mirrors their anger”.

By allowing James Baker into the inner circle of his administration, Reagan wound up nominating pro-abort Sandra Day O’Connor and also her successor as “converted” pro-abort diva at the center of SCOTUS Anthony Kennedy aka Anthony Day O’Connor. Other notable sleazebags nominated by Republican POTUSes: David Swish Souter, John Paul Stevens, Herod Blackmun, Lewis Powell, William Brennan, Earl Warren, among others. We got only Anthony Scalia, Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito. TRUMP!!!! would probably go out of his way to find and nominate the first “transgender” SCOTUS “Justice.” The dancing bears would be thrilled!
I had a great grandfather from New Brunswick who served about 25 years in the Canadian Parliament. My grandfather left, as a young man, in 1901 after a falling out with his father. Despite the family history, we aren’t going back. Perhaps a nice island in the Caribbean might be acquired and become America in exile in the event of either Comrade Bernie, the Arkansas Medusa or P. T. Barnum TRUMP!!!! should, God forbid, become POTUS. That way, we at least get nice weather, blue water, white sand beaches and other nice amenities during our next period of embarrassment as he USA we once knew continues to degenerate.
