Of course her Liberal sycophants in the Press will forget to ask her why she was driving a motor vehicle while taking said medication...when there are warnings on all containers for such medications that warn about operating heavy equipment or driving while taking.
The video says the police took her to Baylor Hospital where she was forced to give a blood sample. It’ll be back in a couple of days.
I don’t know about Texas but Utah doesn’t recognize any difference in causes for impaired driving. If you are impaired they prosecute. Doesn’t matter what you took to get impaired.
