well, that is what the map looked like when Nixon was forced to resign, which he chose rather than be impeached. Also, hardly anyone lives in lots of those red counties, which is why Trump lost the popular vote. A ton of red counties have less than one thousand voters.

Don’t overlook the fact that the Red counties are the ones providing food to the Blue counties. They can talk about urban farming all they want, but if this country split along these ideological lines, the Blue counties would starve. It would make Hunger Games real.
The blue counties could send their minions to collect food at gunpoint, but I am not sure how successful they would be.
And Ras has him at 53% approval.
At 53% I do wonder how even the Democrats will raise a majority on the House Floor once the Articles are drafted.
I foresee an ATTEMPTED and FAILED impeachment in the House.
