You're correct, my mistake. I searched the archives and found a few articles from about a year ago that suggest Muhammad left the NOI and joined al furqa. While with the NOI, he did security for a Farrakhan rally and Farrakhan made a statement after the two were arrested.

Hey the guy is a mass murderer and a muslim. So why the hesistation to call him a muslim terrorist? Why the need to find "links" to a terror group? There is no need to find a "link" to a "group". Islam is the terror group.Because, I don't want "Christian" mass murderers linked to Christianity. I agree "religion of peace" is a misnomer for Islam. From what I understood, his plan was to kill his ex-wife to get his children back, the sniper shootings were going to be his cover. He was going to murder her along with the rest of the innocents that he shot. He sure took him long enough to get to her (he never shot his ex-wife).
