First of all, Bush specifically asked for this advice (except from Judicial Watch) from these groups. If he didn't want to hear their advice or act on it, he shouldn't have asked for it. He must have assumed he could rely on these groups or he wouldn't have gone to them in the first place. I would think he didn't just open the yellow pages, close his eyes, and point his finger. ;-)
Secondly, the Thomas More Law Center is one of the most highly regarded legal groups in the nation.
That's why I made the comment I did.

I didn't intend to disrespect the Thomas More (Moore?) Law Center. My comment was mainly in reference to Larry Klayman and the like.
