Not sure if this is true, but John Loftus has an interesting take on KSM and Abu Zubayda. They are being held by us of course, but they themselves do not know where they are. They believe they are in Saudi Arabia, but they aren't (Loftus doesn't know where they are) actually there. This is the main reason why we cannot allow lawyers for Mousaaoui to speak to them.
