You're back. Terri's at Hospice. Why? Who knows? Nobody knows her condition except Felos, hubby and their sadistic crew.

We can't complain about Felos at this time because they have to conference to get Terri a guardian in the next five days.

All we can do is update the guys who spearheaded the efforts on Tuesday to save Terri's life, Jeb Bush and also update Bob Marshall. See my post above. PLEASE FOCUS ON UPDATING THE LEADERS every time something else ridiculous happens: JEB, HOUSE AND SENATE MEMBERS and BOB MARSHALL IN D.C. Same as before. I already covered Jeb and Johnny Byrd. I'll email the House & Senate leaders (4 guys?) tomorrow.

This is like Mardi Gras without the party. FV

Just read on another board that the "husband" is rumored to be employed at the hospital where Terri was transferred to yesterday. Don't know how accurate this is though. If true, how terribly convenient.

That ******* of a husband wants her DEAD, no matter what. His sheer hatred and list for HER money is driving him to do the bizarre. He's pissed as hell. The gloves are off and he wants HIS way, NOW.

I wonder WHY they didn't put some kind of security at Terri's door at the hospital. Her husband is ******* nuts.

What a POS Schiavo is, and his attorney too. He needs his a$$ kicked.

HELLOOOOOOOOOOO.............Jeb and Florida legislature.............. Mike Schiavo and Felos just SPIT-in your faces. Are you going to let them get away with it? If they want to play "hard-ball" then play "hard-ball" with them . They have zero respect/regard for you.

Another thing, Terri MUST know something , and there has to be something wrong here, cause these people want her dead, period.

"Felos said the law allowing Bush to order her feeding tube reinserted is unconstitutional."

The FL constitution gives the governor broad executive powers to act to protect persons, property, etc, It does not enemerate who these persons may be or what actions may be taken. Therefore, it is left to the chief executive's discretion.

These actions are not subject to judicial review .

If it is believed that he has abused his autgority, the FL constitution provides for both legislative and electoral remedies. The courts have no jurisdiction.

The legislature did not create the power for Bush to act. It merely defined a person in need and the remedy needed. It did not order Bush to act for they do not have that authority.

If there is something unconstitutional about this it is the fact that they made a definition that was solely the governors to make. That being the case, the only one who would have standing to challenge that would be Bush.

This order mandated that Terri be hydrated and nourished. It was incumbent on all hospital staff to take whatever action necessary to safely implement this order. That means if medical procedures of some kind were required to accomplish this they must be performed regardless of guardian protestations. Failure to do so is a criminal violation of the law In most states if a person dies during the commission of a felony, it is considered a homicide.

"TERRI SCHIAVO MISSING-REMOVED FROM HOSPITAL"

Okay, that's it!!! Is it just me, or does anyone else think Terri' plight is starting to look like an episode of the X-Files?! -Sheeeeesh!-I fully expect "the Smoking Man" to emerge from the shadows at any moment...

(Seriously though, this is just bizzare. I have the feeling that this won't go over too well with Jeb and the Florida legislature.)

It does kind of seem like the reason there are so many problems, is that there is massive corruption here. It's very strange and keeps getting stranger. There is definatley some thing wrong-Schiavo+Felos+Greer=UP TO NO GOOD. Its just a matter of proving it.

Pray for Terri

I am so confused!

Terri should never have been placed in Hospice in the first place! She has no terminal illness nor was she expected to die within six months, which is a general rule for Hospice care!

With that said, why did they return her there?
Now she has a chance again at life!

Terri should not be in a Hospice, and especially this one!

‘You Seek a Great Fortune’

Letting loose the children to the graveyard, she becomes
A bog filled with mosaic women, tiny-breasted, lithe,
A place to recite the alphabet backwards, forwards -- again,
Meaning now a pauper to the Creole at the bottom of the stairs.

Of our scrupulous testing, which never ceases to condemn me:
Is a high song, the chorale majestics of the crossroads
Closed on Sunday, “the good day” to be closed,
Or a page from a burgundy book taken to the Restaurant
Poetry and wolfed, but not the kind you think of, the word uttered “with”
On a stage propped against the leeward side of a hogback.

“The hollyhocks in the bee glade.” These words. These words
Descending upon every fatal ear, which is every ear, which is
The most annoying part of all this. Apologies to our tenants:
We’re making duplicate keys. Be patient. You’ll soon be in.

I am posting this here only because this is where almost all
action is occurring regarding Terri. I seem to be obsessed
with seeing that the right prevails for the Schindler
family.

I'm concerned, though, that something a bit sinister is
going on. Maybe someone here can enlighten me.

Last week (10/26) slimer invited us all to sigh an on-line
petition to Gov. Bush in support of Terri. I was glad to
sign and also took advantage of the opportunity to fax the
governor for $1.95 (a good deal, I thought).

Several days later I checked my credit card account and
found that I had been billed for *four* $1.95 charges.

So, I sent a message from the conservativepetitions.org
web site (I don't have a copy) asing about the multiple
charges. I have not received a reply but tonight discovered
three *additional* $1.95 charges on the 21st!!!

Has anyone else had problems with this site?

What is going on?

Who is behind the petition?

Thanks in advance
