I couldn't care less about his credentials RonDog. I've met a ton of property rights experts like him who didn't know how the resource manipulation game works among the foundation criminals and the NGOs. Unless he addresses that, he's either staying quiet (and that means he might be a player RonDog) or he's clueless. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt.

You forgot to mention that they are arrogant too. I know a couple of them.
