This is also the place to post contact information, prayers and general discussion.

If you have something that qualifies as BREAKING NEWS or FRONT PAGE NEWS, please post it on a separate thread in that category in order to give it maximum exposure and then post a link to the article/thread here so that it will be included in the next update of links. Also, if you post links to articles from original sources and there is also a thread on FR, please link to the FR thread. Many original links become corrupt over time and we want to be able to access the information at will.

Is the family allowed to visit this weekend? One poster said Schiavo had banned them again.

One thing that I'm praying for right now is that Mr Schindler has the (censored) to bring up the criminal activity issues in this case in his own Larry King interview and says despite George Felos's and "Chancellor Palpatine's" lawsuit threats that:

1. There is evedence that Michael Schiavo probably beat and strangled Terri to get her into her current condition.

2. That he is ordering IMMEDIATE CREMATION of the body to hide possible physical evedence of this crime which would become MURDER and lose its stature of limitations upon her death.

3. That Michael Schiavo has not two but THREE illigitimate children the first of which was fathered BEFORE Terri's "accident" and probably the cause of the mariatal fight leading up to it.

4. That Michael Schiavo essentially EMBEZZLED the money from Terri's trust fund to pay George Felos and other pro death lawyers to argue for her death in court. (Other felonies tied to murders are usually special circumstances for the death penalty in capital punishment states, another reason he MUST immediately cremate the body therefore is to save his (censored).

If the guardianship is assigned to the Schindlers, the case will for all practical purposes cease to exist, won't it? They will just take her home and begin civil suits against Schiavo for rehabilitation funds that he has squandered.

Michael seemed to have the upper hand by appearing with no opposition but the Schindlers will have their chance to expose all his lies.

I don't think they should even bother to answer to Michael's allegation about them "wanting the money" until they've exposed his extramarital relationships, including his TWO children with Jody. His lack of character showed in his attempt to hide the second child, who was only days away from nbeing born. His attempt to smear the Schindlers by saying they were after the money comes across as self-serving B.S. when seen in context.

The nurse who swore that Terri could swallow and speak should be mentioned, as should Michael's barring of her family from visitation. How cruel is that? and then MS having the gall to say to Larry King her family hardly visited and his girlfriend did more for Terri than her own mother!

Also the Schindlers should mention the numerous orders from Michael restricting their visits, denying Terri Holy Communion, Jody's mother standing guard at Terri's room, Michael preventing Bobby from visiting after he (Bobby)was "caught" feeding Terri Jello, the conversation with Terri's friend about Terri getting a divorce, the advice from that friend to Terri the night of the 'collapse' and Terri's saying she would "pretend to be asleep" when Michael got home, to defuse the situation...and Terri's love of life and the Schindlers belief she would never want to be starved to death, despite her present disability.

I sure hope all of it comes out! Will be interesting to hear the call-ins after the "other side" of Michael comes to light.

Early this evening I had Fox News on and was listening, not watching, I heard this comment "M.Schiavo is beginning to look like an old gray Scott Peterson".
I think the tide has changed.
It's all down hill from here for M. Schiavo.
The gutter is in sight.

They are not banned from visitation. That was only after the video was released to the media. People don't read stuff closely enough and then go off on a tangent. Terri is doing good.

Yes, it was Jim Pinkerton on Fox News Watch that compared Michael Schiavo to Scott Peterson. I HOPE that comment hit home with viewers.
