One thing that I'm praying for right now is that Mr Schindler has the (censored) to bring up the criminal activity issues in this case in his own Larry King interview and says despite George Felos's and "Chancellor Palpatine's" lawsuit threats that:

1. There is evedence that Michael Schiavo probably beat and strangled Terri to get her into her current condition.

2. That he is ordering IMMEDIATE CREMATION of the body to hide possible physical evedence of this crime which would become MURDER and lose its stature of limitations upon her death.

3. That Michael Schiavo has not two but THREE illigitimate children the first of which was fathered BEFORE Terri's "accident" and probably the cause of the mariatal fight leading up to it.

4. That Michael Schiavo essentially EMBEZZLED the money from Terri's trust fund to pay George Felos and other pro death lawyers to argue for her death in court. (Other felonies tied to murders are usually special circumstances for the death penalty in capital punishment states, another reason he MUST immediately cremate the body therefore is to save his (censored).

Somewhere on these threads someone posted the FL Statute that prohibits the cremation of a body for 48 hours after death.

Not that it matters. When have the "death seekers," judges, lawyer, heads of hospice, etc. ever cared a thing about the law?
