Where is Felos challenging the constitutionality of Terri's Law? Is he again before George W. Greer? Or is he before Demers? The appeals court? The news reports have been vague about that. I would think that Felos is getting the judge most favorable to him.

How did the guardian ad litem issue come before Demers in the first place? Where is George W. Greer now?

I don't know the answers to your questions, but certainly, I would like the answers, too.

I do know that Judge Demers is the chief judge-circuit court.
