More correctly, it's an unfair business practice to dump product on the market below cost in an attempt to run competitors out of business.

No. What I said was that as a result of dumping said product into the American market that American workers would likely lose jobs. In the case of citrus farmers, when you lose your job, you lose your land, too.
Regardless, we should support American businesses over foreign ones whenever possible. In this case, support is needed to level the playing field with regard to South American citrus producers.
