Lensman says, "Remember the Constitution is not Law its the Blue print on how the Government can make law".
This is hilarious.
The Constitution is not only law, it's the "supreme Law of the land". Perhaps you should try reading it sometime and pay close attention to Article 6. The Constitution is higher than Congress, the Supreme Court, and the President.

Placing the 10 commandments in a courthouse is respecting an establishment of religion, specifically the Christian religion.
Did you know that in the Supreme Court itself, there is a carving on the wall of Moses carrying the 10 Commandments?

Judge Moore took a stand against an illegal order. He was right and he is courageous. We have a great Constitution. However, the judges are often ignoiring it. Supreme Sandra O'Conner even admitted it publicly. In practice, we have an emerging dictatorship by judges.

The Constitution is indeed great and Judge Moore violated it. Judge Moore took an illegal stand on a legal order. He violated the 1st amendment of the Constitution. He illegally placed a religious monument on federal property which is in direct violation of the Constitution. He then violated his duty to uphold the law when a higher court rightly ordered him to remove it.
He doesn't belong as a judge anywhere if he's ignorant enough to believe the laws of America are based on Christianity or the 10 commandments.

Yes the Judge does need his day in court.God sure will be with him there, along with everyone who stands for what he stands for,and fights for what he stands for.You have to know that God is the judge who will have the final judgement for us all, every one of us. Even the non beleivers. Not beleiving will not exempt anyone from that final most important last judgement that God will hold, and the judge knows this, so lets get behind him all the way. The things the media do today against god is unforgivable, and anti-god, and I got a good feeling you know it. If they can't do a better job than that then I will give up my freedom of the press!

Nobody is against the judges freedom to believe in god, but if he is to be a judge in a court of law, he should know that the laws of America ARE NOT based on the 10 commandments, and America IS NOT a Christian nation. If you believe god will judge people, than let god judge them and keep YOUR church out of MY courtroom.
Luckily he will no longer be a courtroom judge. He's just an annoying loudmouth right-wing christian fundamentalists.

What exactly does the media do "against god"? I see lots of church shows on television. But church does not belong in our government and government doesn't belong in church.
The laws and government of the United States are not based on Christianity or any other religion. The USA is not now, nor has it ever been a Christian nation and if there is a god, it never will be.
And for the record you can't give up your freedoms. We're born with rights and they can't be taken or given away. Moore had no place being a judge and thankfully he's gone.
