This case shows, highlights, how judges abuse the rules of evidence to prejudice a case. Here it is done to bullet-proof the trial record for appeal, by false and suspect "findings of fact".

Ken Connors is "on" to the game and it will be interesting to see which way Felos scurries without Judge Greer making the rulings.

If there's a lesson here, maybe it's that the greater the injustice, the greater the chance for redemption.

Thank you Lord for the grace which you are pouring on Terri and those who are trying to help her. Lord you said you would never leave us or forsake us and we believe in and trust your word Lord. We know that you are with Terri and Lord we pray you would put a hedge of protection around her, a mighty band of angels to keep her safe. We ask that you would continue to allow Terri's weakness to confound those that are mighty in this world. We pray that you would direct those who have the power to help her to make wise decisions which will be for her benefit.Give them great wisdom from you Lord. We ask Father that the 'wisdom' of this world which thinks she (and others like her) should die would be put underfoot and crushed. Father we ask you to bless Terri and those who are helping her. Give Terri strength. Bless her family with strength, give them hope from your Word. We know that in due time you will expose all darkness and bring it to light...we ask that anything which has been done in 'darkness' to harm Terri would be brought to 'light' by you and any wrongdoing concerning her would be exposed to the world. We pray for your guidance in continuing to help and protect others like Terri or those who may become in the same situation. Bless this day, and bless your holy name.
