"Military instructions given by Hussein Rashid had to be counter-signed by Qusay in order to take effect," one of the sources said.

Pity that we didn't yet have anyone on the ground who could have taken him out on that long walk to the Exit Taxi. As Maxwell Smart would say, "Missed him by THAT MUCH!"
