There was a story about this strike just not so much details a couple of months ago. It helps explain some of the iraqi troop movement. I wonder if the convoy sent out when the sandstorm was going to " surprise" coalition forces was something done on purpose to get the men killed?

Among those collaborators they identified Hussein Rashid al-Takriti, director of security at the defence ministry, and his son Ali, head of the office of Saddam's younger son and once heir apparent Qusay, who was killed by US troops in July.
