I think that's the word "corbis". It's in the center as well as each quadrant. Is that the name of a graphic package or something?

It looks like him, but he's wearing what looks like ME clothing, scarf or head thing around his neck, not pants.

It actually looks more like Staten Island looking north with lower Manhattan to the right. Also, the head of the towelhead bowing in the upper right looks like and eclipse, as does what others have described as letters imbedded in the lower left and center.
