Don't think so, my friend. Iraq is practically landlocked. The landmass in the montage is almost completely surrounded by water.

Looking north from Saudi, the white area nearest is Kuwait - the scales are over Iran.

IF there was a devastating attack that destroyed an American city, with large loss of life, Mecca and Medina would be turned into green glass within 24 hours. Damascus would be history as well as Teheran. And Indonesia might start to glow considerably in the western sky.

I think there is no chance at all that Bush would do this.

Although I always thought the US should come up with some weapons that could be launched at sea and drill their way underneath enemy cities. And then just wait there for the signal, in case we ever need them.

Don't see how it could be implmented but very cool!

OK, I see it now. That's not water, but rather a background matting. Saudi Arabia it is.

You mean welcome to our hell month. Rammadan is for the whole month. Buckle your seat belts it's going to be a bumpy ride, and I sure hope I'm wrong on this one.

Why bother? We currently can destroy any city in the world in about 30 minutes with a missle by just pushing a button.

These threats are really getting silly. How man threats did we get before 911?

How many threats did " WE" get before 9/11 ? None. However, the powers that be did get MANY warnings & threats, but for whatever reason they were not followed up or looked into.

The Secret Service was notified about the Yahoo message board this morning.

And as of 10 seconds ago, the message board is gone. (It was there at 12:15 est.)

In looking at this picture, in the center below the fire is what looks to be a city on the water. The lights are precisely reflected in the water. Then below that it is possibly a roadway with cars and possibly a lightpost.

Maybe the "splitting of the moon" actually refers to what was revealed when the moon was split. In the texts, I believe that "Hira Mountain" was viewed between the two halves of the moon. Could this be significant?

Trust me, it's Saudi, not Staten Island: from the panhandle in the north w/ Jordan, the dog legged border w/ Iraq & Kuwait, the foot to the southeast and the UAE, even the bump in the south w/ Yemen, it's Saudi.

I'm tempted to interpret the picture as warning to the Kingdom that they're next and only OBL can stop the infidels.

Looks like the "preacher" is standing in rubble and could be a sports jacket covered with a black cloth. Could the teams name/city be under the black cloth?

Maybe. My first thought is that I mistyped the URL, but I was clicking a link I had used before, so it could not have been the result of a typo. And if it was a bad URL, the message would have been something like "does not exist" rather than "no longer available."

I am worried about assassination plots. I know there's a plot to kill the King of Saudi Arabia (King Fahd). Are they plotting against Rumsfeld? And who is that at the bottom left of the picture?

I see the bombing of Iraq to the left of the picture of King Fahd. And it looks like letters superimposed in the background in the middle of the picture. CORBIS or something like that...

CORBIS must be where they got the images from or something.... see link...

this is the same font "corbis" that is in the background in the middle of the pic.

"Why bother? We currently can destroy any city in the world in about 30 minutes with a missle by just pushing a button. "

That's 30 minutes in which they can launch at us. That's 30 minutes that if they have any anti-missle systems they can shoot down our missles.

My plan takes them out almost instantly. No 30 minute wait.

One more major attack on the United States, and they have JUST RE-ELECTED George Bush to the presidency.

Hijacking a LNG carrier and detonating it near a major city ahrbor would be equivalent to a nuclear detonation.

From Debka today:

Washington to halt all diplomatic missions in Saudi Arabia Saturday, warns terrorists close to striking. Credible information received that terrorists in Saudi Arabia have moved from planning to operational phase of attacks in the kingdom.

I think it's Saudi too in the image.

Also take a look at the map in 492, the scales are over what is the Persian Gulf, aren't they? That's what it looks like to me.

Didn't some message or other from maybe ObL say the Gulf would be on fire?
