THE POST: Here's what Democratic Underground didn't want you to see:

I Hope the Bloodshed Continues in Iraq

Well, that should bring the bats out of the attic with fangs dripping. I won't be hypocritcal. It is politically correct, particularly in any Dem discussion to hope and pray and feel for our troops and scream "bring them back now". I'm fighting something bigger.

I'm a 58 year old broad and I can tell you that what is going on in our country isn't the usual ebb and flow of politics where one party is in power and then another; where the economy goes through ups and downs.......yawn, yawn--just wait a bit and things will turn out peachy keen. That stupid la-la land is over.

I realize that not every GI Joe was 100peeercent behind Prseeedent Booosh going into this war; but I do know that that is what an overwhelming number of them and their famlies screamed in the face of protesters who were trying to protect these kids. Well, there is more than one way to be "dead" for your country. They are not only not accompishing squat in Iraq, they are doing crap nothing for the safety, defense of the US of A over there directly. But "indirectly" they are doing a lot.

The only way to get rid of this slime bag WASP-Mafia, oil barron ridden cartel of a government, this assault on Americans and anything one could laughingly call "a democracy", relies heavily on what a shit hole Iraq turns into. They need to die so that we can be free. Soldiers usually did that directly--i.e., fight those invading and harming a country. This time they need to die in defense of a lie from a lying adminstration to show these ignorant, dumb Americans that Bush is incompetent. They need to die so that Americans get rid of this deadly scum. It is obscene, Barbie Bush, how other sons (of much nobler blood) have to die to save us from your Rosemary's Baby spawn and his ungodly cohorts.

Andrew Sullivan's comment: I'm not saying this represents anything but a radical fringe. Implying that liberals or Democrats support his kind of poison is absurd. But this exists. And it's part of what's fueling the anger of the far left. (By the way, Democratic Underground has more traffic than this site, Instapundit, the Nation or the New Republic. It boasts over 30,000 subscribers.)

Tom Sullivan mentioned this on Rush's show today; it's from a post over at DU (which, according to Tom, has now been removed from DU, but it's up at www.andrewsullivan.com).

I wish I had the poster's e-mail address. ...

This has to be distributed far and wide to every conservative you know. Along with Dean's comment on how President Bush is "the enemy".

Let's see that Vermont granola eatin faker take that down to dixie and out West and say it.

Hmmm, when I read this; I don't see a politically disenfranchised person who feels betrayed by the US gov't. I see a 58 year old failure in life. Probably living off of welfare, and blaming everyone else for her poor choices. In her (limited) mind, she too could have been wildly successful ... oh, if only someone would kill the rich and give their hard-earned possessions, businesses and money to her. It's so much easier to blame someone else for your situation, rather than look at the decisions in life that landed you were you are.

Is it so absurd? I wonder at the response this "58 year old broad" got from her comrades at DU. Ten bucks says most of it was positive support. Or are all 30,000 subscribers there "fringe" as well?

It's no more fair for us to portray DU by a removed extreme-fringe post than it is for them to do it to us.

They have lost it. They are so frustrated being out of power that logic and reason are out of the picture. The really amazing thing is that the Democratic candidates for President are pandering to this group.

Good catch! Let's hope the mods don't delete this thread. It needs to be kept here as record of more proof of the librats treason.

I just heard an officer in my old unit died this week. His name was 2LT Todd Bryant and he was killed in a rocket attack.

He didn't die to "defend a lie". He died fighting terrorist scum who would like NOTHING BETTER THAN TO DESTROY AMERICA. He didn't die defending the interests of an "oil rich WASP", he died liberating a people from a socialist dictatorship based on NAZI/Stalinist principles. AND HE DID NOT DIE JUST SO THE DU IDIOTS COULD LAUGH AT HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry... I'm upset and angry that I am in the USA on a different assignment and not with my brothers in Iraq. It's hard to be left home and listen to these A-hole socialists at the DU/CNN/NY TIMES/LA Times/Hollywierd, etc cheer every time a US soldier is killed.

All I can do is my duty here and try my best to help them over-seas.

Yours in Service,
Chris
