I hope I did't cause too much trouble. That's some pretty sneaky code, huh?

LOL Imagine my surprise when I came here to see what the deal is with the sun and people were linking "my" homepage.

I know nuttin' about no sunspots. I swear I was at home the whole time. It's not my fault. I'm a victim of circumstance.

Let me guess: You were relieving ice tea at the time. :^)

At least they said the "far side" of the Sun instead of the "dark side".

(I hate it when someone says that about the Moon!)

I have explosions on my far side, too. That's exactly where they belong.

Which scientist said that? Considering the gravitational forces and temperature around it, isn't it unlikely something could get remotely close to the sun before vaporizing, and isn't it highly doubtful a meteor would "impact" its surface? Maybe a planet size object could do that (I seem to recall that solar mass = something like 1 million planet earths), but last time I checked Mercury hasn't gone missing.

Exactly what I was thinking. "Highly doubtful"? It's pert near impossible.

Hey, a lot of people are stumped, why does the trick in #32 work that way but not for other numbers? :o)

Sunspot 10486 is not my fault! The odds of this coincidence are better than winning the lottery.

i'd suspect that they must have methods for at least roughly measuring the magnitude of these farside explosions. Seen any estimates?

Well, things may get interesting in the next few weeks. Maybe I'll get to see an aurora, IFF these danged clouds move out.

'Explosions on far side of sun'.

Women and minorities impacted most, I suspect.

And things aren't looking good for homo piltdownis, either.
