As long as they are poor and uneducated, they cannot win, as simple as that. Win? Of course they can win...if the west does not halt the insidiouness of the attacks and the power of the money behind them. They (Muslim Arabs) were winning for the first seven hundred years of their sordid existence.
That they are poor and uneducated does not explain their canny and cunning ability to influence world politics. They did so in the past and are doing it as we speak. The alliances they have formed helps them to push their ideology much further than they could alone.

Trust me. I know the Arabs and Muslims very well. THEY CANNOT WIN. The first requirement for wining is discipline, and this does not and will never exit in the Arabic Muslim society.

Trust me. I know the Arabs and Muslims very well.I wish I could. Experience and history does not allow for that. You may think you know them...and you may to some extent. But familiarity does breed contempt and the contempt you feel undersestimates the dangers we are facing.
The first requirement for wining is discipline
Hatred breeds unity and discipline. When Islam was ascendant it may have exhibited a slipshod approach to matters with the Turks ruling the roost oppressing Arabs as well. At present Islam as a whole is seething with malevolence and that does not bode well for the civilized world.

Hatred will only destroy them and make them more backwarded. They cannot win.

Although I would love to see it happening, I am afraid that this may be an impossible thing to do. Please remember that the Middle East was vastly Christian before Islam came in the seventh century and converted the vast majority of people to Islam by the power of the sword.

Yes, and it was fairly vigorous for the next seven to eight hundred years, pushing into what is now southern France and threatening Eastern Europe several times, reaching as far as Vienna. But then it's power waned, last Muslim rulers were cast out of Spain in 1490's, Ottoman Turkish rule disintegrated at end of WWI. They ran out of dhimmis to exploit, and couldn't get their economies moving without a constant flow of fresh infidels to extort and militarily weak neighbors to plunder.
The current terrorist programs are a desperate, and ulimately futile, effort to go back to the 14th century when Islam was still riding high. Though it's still dangerous and difficult, opportunities for evangelism will continue to grow as this futility becomes evident to more and more of these people.

I apologize for the more boorish among us, who can't pick up subtle hints from the context that the writer is not used to English as his first language, and that the gist of the messsage must be inferred.
This is often a problem with people who have never traveled and are monolingual.
I had no trouble following the thread of thought.
Thank you for sharing your insights.

Simply put, Israel is too small to be able to completely crush it's neighbors, although they were stopped from pushing on to Damascus and Cairo in 1973, by pressure from the US... Apparently everyone else in the world is aware of this, except the Syrians and the Egyptians.
That's what makes seeing them "celebrate" their victory every year embarrassingly pathetic.
The arabs were not only defeated, they were humiliated.
I just wonder if the Syrians and the Egyptians ever wonder where the spoils of their victory is?

Hatred breeds unity and discipline. 4000 years of history tells us exactly the reverse.
Hatred mostly breeds delusion.
When Epaminondas cut a swath through pre-classical Greece, hatred was the least of his passions.
Where is Carthage today?
I am not sure what your problem is, but your grasp of history and cultures is clearly from a view with some sort of blinders on.

Your rather "sweeping" generalizations of the past leave lots out...I won't even mention your curiously misinformed "pre classical" Greece to describe Epaminondas and his influence. The History 101 course you took was apparently taught by a post modernist.
To the point: I do know what your problem is - a spectacular lack of ability to understand the nuances of history. PLease understand that the "West" has felt the wrath of islam before and its wrath led to the destruction of Christianity and civilization for a thousand years until its partial liberation mostly in the last 150 years.
To ignore the consequences of Islam's ascendancy (based upon hatred of the west) is to ignore history and to invite a continuous struggle leading to death and destruction. It is happening as we sit here and ponder these questions.

Attaturk realized that to put Turkey in the modern age, they must separate Islam as best they can from the State. Now if we can only get a few of the other billion of them to wake up and see that.

Loose is trashy women or doorknobs.I'm with you on doorknobs, but lets not be judgmental in regards to the trashy women.... ;-)
