Go to "Control Panel"- then "Sytem and Maintenence"- then chose "system restore". Pick the day before you picked up this cookie and let the system reboot. It won't erase anything you have done but it will wipe our all unwanted programs and cookies that you have acquired.

If you are using internet explorer... click on
tools
internet options
then -
- if i wanted to clear ALL cookies,
then just click on "delete cookies" then click "OK"
- if i wanted to clear JUST ONE PARTICULAR cookie,
then click "delete files"
then click "settings"
then click "view files"
and find the particular cookie, hightlight it and delete it
then close that window and say "ok" on the other ones

Go to your cookies folder and delete them all, you can also download a cookie managers from download.com.

I use a program called "Total Cleaner" that cleans out all traces of your internet travel, and you can manage the cookies you want to keep. Total Cleaner is free to use for a short period. I liked it enough to purchase it and it works great.

"Spybot Search & Destroy" is a free program that can be downloaded and it will keep the unwanted cookies off as well, but it doesn't clear your internet history like Total Cleaner does.

The first time I ran "Total Cleaner" I cleared up 1.5 gigs of disc space that was stored in my Tempoerary IE folders.

Yup. That's one way.

Another way to do it is to go into the "Documents and Settings" folder on your C drive, find your user name, open the Cookies folder, and delete the cookie...if you can find it. Some people have thousands of cookies, and many don't use the same name as the offending site.
