I imagine that it's a GIGANTIC never ending battle and you guys & gals should be applauded and praised. But ... there really IS a HUGE amount of posting abuse here and I just thought I'd drop a wee hint, whilst I had your ear, so to speak. :-)

Read the nic ... I don't " PARDON " anyone! And yes, there is a very great deal of abuse in posting to breaking news!

It is an ongoing issue. We periodically post these reminders, but lately, breaking news has gotten out of control. So, this thread. Actually, since this has been posted, there's been a dramatic decrease today in the number of breaking news threads. My personal opinion, breaking news should be reserved for those truely breaking news stories. Like my examples earlier on this thread, 9-11 or war stories. Something that is dramatic. We all knew Michael Jackson was a pervert. OK, the initial story was breaking news, but the next time he uses the bathroom isn't. It's stories like that that delute the purpose of breaking news.

Thanks for explaining it, to someone, who doesn't seem to be able to understand this thread, nor posting rules.
Now, while you're at it, can you remove the vanity, asking which eye is best to use for shooting, in breaking news ?

But seriously, that vanity and many others, just don't belong in breaking news, nor on the news/activism thread at all and YOU know it. :-)
Still and all, you mods usually do a great job, with little or no thanks, and an overpowering work load. So, THANKS; even though you had a wee giggle at my expense. LOL
