A Few of FR's Finest....Every Day was introduced on June 24, 2002. It's only a small room in JimRob's house where we can get to know one another a little better; salute and support our military and our leaders; pray for those in need; and congratulate those deserving. We strive to keep our threads entertaining, fun, and pleasing to look at, and often have guest writers contribute an essay or a profile of another FReeper.

I'm worshipping at home today and catching my breath from completing my first two days of working as a County Council member Assistant. Your bouncy raccoon is certain to help me feel energetic :) I believe my computer, phone, and parking space are now under submission (lots of password changes etc). On Monday I get to put all files in order so I can begin doing the real work of reading the legislation. (What a great many pages! LOL) On Friday I was able to go as representative to my first community meeting with a Vietnamese group and then a celebratory dinner for a newly elected City Councilman and his Korean supporters. LOL I guess any night that was formerly open may be filled quickly. You know, I kept wishing for a job in that would pay me to do politics ;)Thanks Calpernia for including me on your pings, even though I'm not able to get here as often anymore. I sill enjoy catching up when I can :) So God bless FRee Republic, our families and nation. May every knee bow to our Lord. Love, Libertina

I finally got to meet Spookbrat and her wonderful family yesterday! They came by my place on their way home from vacationing in the NC mountains. Spookbrat's husband is a great guy and the kids are very polite and well behaved. The dogs didn't get along so well though, Daisy's not use to other dogs coming into her territory. lol
