When SpookBrat called Wednesday to see if it was a good day to drop by, and said they were then going back to North Carolina rather than on home to Florida from here, I had to tell her we were not close enough for that.

It is close to 300 miles each way, and just not feasible on a rainy day, as it was here when that cold front moved through.

SpookBrat, I'd hoped you'd go from Aqua's here, which would have been right on your way down to I-95...guess you decided you hadn't time.
Saturday would have been a great time to visit.

It is amazing how grown up and beautiful your daughter has become, and how lovely you are!

Sigh....maybe another trip...

Sorry you didn't get to see them Lady. We kept them here for a couple of hours, hiking down at the creek, finding deer bones, etc...lol
They were probably late getting home last night.

Am asking that multitudes of persons will remember all those little projects that need doing before the holidays, and 'stumble' upon you as their contractor...

Working on the 'Other Person' aspect, too, and trust it will be resolved to the satisfaction of all.
Once they get to know you, things will go smoothly, I'm certain.

Your thoughts and Prayers have been mine also, as a matter of fact I talked to a friend from Church and I will be doing exactly that for him. He said that if all of us at the Church can do this, you will gat thru the holidays and till your job comes thru.
Mike is a great guy, he doesn't have much capital to work with,but his Heart is in the right place. We do have a super Church.

Working on the 'Other Person' aspect, too, and trust it will be resolved to the satisfaction of all. Once they get to know you, things will go smoothly, I'm certain.

I am sure you are right, there really isn't to many people I can't get along with and work together with. Jul says I'm a people person.

Some days it just takes so lonnnnnnnnnnnnnng for this dial up to load that I can't get anywhere and besides I'm being real good - I babysat the aunt Friday and a friends two boys and their "spend the night" friend! Three boys - 11, almost 11 (I was informed) and 9!

Plus FRank is came in yesterday with his nifty new 25 foot travel trailer! It's so cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A little crowded, but cute!!!!!
