The photograph he's talking about shows LHO standing in his backyard, holding the Mannlicher-Carcano rifle in one hand and a copy of the front page of the Dallas Morning News in the other.
The photos that I'm aware of weren't taken a few days before the assassination - they were taken in March. By Oswald's wife Marina, who's testified to having taken them, both to the Warren Commission, and then, 15 years later, to the House Select Committee on Assassinations. The newspapers in his hands were the March 24, 1963 issue of The Worker, mailed from New York on March 21 and the March 11, 1963 issue of The Militant, mailed on March 7.
The House Select Committee on Assassinations examined 21 separate issues in conjunction with the alleged "forging" of the photos and determined that the photos had not been forged. So, not only was the Warren Commission in on the conspiracy, 15 years later, every one of the 22 photographic experts involved in the examination of the photos for HSCA was also either in on the conspiracy, or silenced.
I must say, you've got a hell of a lot more faith in the competence of the government than I do. I think that the sheer number of people that have to have been kept in line to keep the public in the dark about forged pictures is just amazing, and I can't think of any other government operation in which I've ever seen such discipline...
With the American traitors, the ones who were finally caught, was because they had scads of dollars to spend- it is Follow the money
Oswald, married and with a daughter, was virtually always Stony Broke.
