The problem is that to many lefty types have continually attempted to redefine social justice as "rehabilitation" and "deterence". That basic assumption is false, in and of itself. Social justice is about protecting society. No more and no less. The methods employeed by the touchy feely crowd often have merit i.e. someone that
will be released needs to be released with the skills to stay out of prison.
However when you are talking about a POS like this sniper, a man that should never see free society again, you have to put aside that type of consideration and concentrate on protecting society.
Should we as a society be burdened with the care and feeding of someone that has chosen to reject our society? Should we live in constant fear that this miscreant will somehow get out and once again terrorise our communities? Or should we as a society, having decided that there is no place in our world for this piece of human flotsam, take the expedient measure of once and for all removing him as a threat?

I agree 100%. Does anyone know if AI had any relatives actually killed by that scum? I live in Va. Beach and our city has been bumper to bumper traffic and mayhem since that jerks trial started. I say the way he killed wasn't humane and I believe in "you get what you deserve" in these cases. Thanks for letting me rant a bit.
