Gie, yankee dog.
Read a great book tonight - about the cival war in my town.
Falls Church, VA. We were in it, oh yes.
The "Church at the falls" - Geo. Washington worshipped here,
and served as a rector.
The union army used it for a stable.
Sometimes, I hate you northern folks.

My wife is from so far south you had to go north to get to Atlanta, Grits in all sizes and shapes were her fare. Grits mixed in your eggs.bacon broken up and mixed into your grits, and of course " Cheese Grits". I bought her a pair of shoes to get married in, and she walked backwards three days looking at the tracks. I found her floating down the Flint river on a log.. Whooo Ahhhh.

I never really liked cheese grits. My favorite way to eat grits is mix them up with a few pieces of crumbled up bacon and two or three over easy eggs. Add some butter, salt and pepper while you're mixing it all up and then spread on toast. That's good eatin!
