My only caption is: Thank God she didn't get close to the Pakistan border in order to meet my youngest son and I pray that his older brother didn't run into her in Baghdad. Swallowing dessert sand is bad enough without having to look at her while your doing it.

I, for one (and in this crowd I really am only one), am glad to see a prominent US Senator visiting our troops in Afghanistan on Thanksgiving Day. The White House hasn't mentioned our Afghan troops much lately, considering that Bush's stated objective of getting Osama hasn't seem to work out yet.

Looking again at that last pic with the flag, is that some of Hillary's staff "seig heil-ing" her in the background? Or is it some of our soldiers giving her "moose antlers" for the photographer?

OMG, are these the best pictures they could come up with? Notice the one with all the soldiers, they're looking everywhere but at Hillary! That is soooooo funny!

That Rhode Island senator, Jack Reed, is a real ball of fire, isn't he? In all the pictures I've seen, he never seems to be looking anyone in the eye, and he never has anything resembling an intelligent look on his face. The only thing missing is his dog collar.

The White House certainly has talked about the work being done in Afghanistan by our troops. The press doesn't give this much notice because they are far more interested in the evolving Iraq theater of operations. I don't see how you can blame that on the White House.

IN the pictures with President Bush, the soldiers are all crowding around him and being very friendly; they are also all smiling, the way you would when a good buddy of yours drops in.

In the pictures will Hillary, there is a polite distance kept at all times and everyone is there to do their duty. That is it.
