These American Jews must be total butt heads! I guess they have no idea of the slaughter of Israeli soldiers, women and children that has gone on in Israel, caused by terrorists supported and enabled by the USA Democrat Party (Anyone ever heard of Jimmy Carter). If the Democrats get control of the White House, shortly thereafter it will become open season on innocent Americans right here in the USA! But.....it will really become open season on American Jews! As a California native and nearly lifelong resident, this hate meeting really pains me. It's stuff like this that made me leave Calif. But there are times like this that I wish I could be there just to wave a sign in front of their faces.

Left Coast Hollywood Kooks Can't Be Happy

December 1, 2003

There's an exclusive on the Drudge Report, "Hollywood Dems Gather for 'Hate-Bush' Meeting at Hilton." A bunch of Hollywood actor types are gathering this week in Beverly Hills for an event billed as "Hate-Bush" on the invitations.

Drudge has printed the invitation list, and when you read it, or listen to me read it in the audio link below, you'll see that they just may as well have called this "Kook Left Coast," instead of "Hate-Bush." As I said to a caller about this on Monday's show, there are some things you have to understand about Hollywood actors.

They spend their lives and careers pretending to be people that they aren't. They pretend to be farm wives, they pretend to be military generals, they pretend to be submarine commanders, they pretend to be all these various people, and that's not who they are. But they want to be known for who they are and they want to be taken seriously for who they are, and they thus adopt all these left-wing causes as a means of giving them intellectual weight. Where else would you go if you don't have any intellectual weight if you want to have what is thought to be intellectual weight? You go to the left, where it's absent but where it's thought to be quite abundant.

I'll give you an example. In 1988 when this program began, Ted Danson, famous TV star, said if we didn't clean up the oceans in ten years, humanity would die. Well, it has been 15 years since Ted Danson said that, and about all that's happened is some whales decided to give up against humanity and beach themselves down in the Caribbean the other day. I remember when I was working in Sacramento from 1984 to '88, and I learned, back when Jane Fonda and Tom Hayden were still spousal equivalents, they used to have little training centers at their house for young actors and actresses of the day to indoctrinate them into left-wing causes so as to be able to enhance their careers and spread the message. They had people up there like Demi Moore and Judd what's-his-name, that came to be known as the Brat Pack. Now these people have all grown up and they're having a party tonight called Hate Bush.

Let me ask you this. Are these people happy? They are some of the most, at least by outward appearances, successful people in the entertainment business ever. And for some reason, the success they've had in the entertainment business doesn't give them any happiness whatsoever. Barbra Streisand is one of the most miserable people crawling around Malibu. And you have to wonder how much more she can have that she doesn't have, and yet she's miserable and so are the rest of them out there.

It's a fascinating thing to observe. So, get used to the Bush-bashing but take comfort in this: Hollywood, nor the media, made Bush, so neither Hollywood nor the media can destroy him. He was created by voters. The media didn't make him, and the media can't destroy him and the same goes for Hollywood. Hollywood didn't make George Bush so Hollywood can't destroy him. It's that simple.
