I'd never support them. It only encourages them. Perhaps if they really pay a price, they'll truly change their stripes. But I suspect they'll be back after the holiday season. PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT THEM.

Too late, the catalogs are all out there.
This is a publicity stunt by a&f to try to salvage any business that's left. The damage is done, all Christmas catalogs are all out by now anyway.
I bet you can find a company memo from months ago, slating this date as the patch-up date after distribution is complete.

Syracuse has many liberals in the area....probably why Billy the pig spoke at one of the colleges there last year; and Hitlery spoke at SUNY Cortland this year.

Following the company's ugly October same-store sales results (extending its two-year streak of negative comps), Abercrombie lowered Q3 expectations again. After releasing those Q3 results yesterday, it lowered its Q4 outlook.
The company has managed to grow earnings despite continuing sales weakness, thanks to tightening its expenses. At some point the company has to reach an impasse with this strategy.
Bottom line -- A&F is losing in the marketplace.
