Subject: Did Bush Visit Iraq?
George. W. Bush did not visit Iraq last week. Or did he?
Many speculate that what we saw on our screens was nothing but a staging that actually took place within the US..
Nothing we've seen proves that AirForce-1 ever left US airspace..
Nevertheless, something was really wrong about this (alleged) visit.. As big as the lie may have been, one BIG question stands out: Are there no people in Iraq? Isn't there an American Ruler? Isn't there the Iraqi leadership the US had appointed? ..
Or is Iraq just US troops in a Thanksgiving party?
Was it totally impossible to drag Bremer (in total secrecy) to show his face? Was it not possible to have some key Iraqi figures show-up for the festivities?..
How can a US president visit a foreign state and yet ignore all the people in charge of that state, all of whom he has personally appointed..
It is either a "staging" as claimed, or yet another insult to the people the US brags about having freed from tyranny.. This an example showing how sad this world has become..
A big big lie or total disrespect for people who were recently invaded in the name of GOOD..
Does it really matter which one is real?
Hesham

"totally mad"
NO! They're totally stupid. The video clearly shows Bremmer and clearly shows 2 people from the governing council .. and Bush met with 4 members of the council and Bremmer for an hour.
Since Bremmer was in Iraq and so were the other people .. this was truly a MIRACLE meeting indeed!!

"US President George W. Bush (news - web sites) (C) poses with representatives of he Iraqi Governing Council . . . "
If you examine the shadows on Bush's face, you can clearly tell that his head was superimposed on the body of another person. And there is a row of nude statues behind that blue curtain, which was brought in at the insistence of John Ashcroft.

Better yet, maybe we are all trapped in some sort of giant computer simulation called the matrix.
"The Matrix is everywhere, it's all around us, here even in this room. You can see it out your window, or on your television. You feel it when you go to work, or go to church or pay your taxes. It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth...."

So we're either to believe that:
a) Bush is a cowboy for flying into dangerous territory
b) Bush is a coward for secretly flying into dangerous territory
c) An absolutely masterful media manipulator for pulling off the media hoax of the (albeit young) decade.
Sheesh...
I'll take d) a responsible commander in chief who wanted to give a morale boost to the men and women that he sent to fight a just war...if it earns him some political points, bonus!

I'm not so sure it's real. I've Googled several lines from this (not that google is the definitive answer) but it came up with nothing for any of them. I would think it would have been posted at some other website by now. Laz? You pulling our collective leg?! ;o)Must be a relatively recent email. I got this from the other website (libertypost.org).

That was the single most terrifyingly dead-on accurate representation of a typical DUer posting I've ever seen.
I honestly don't know whether to stand and applaud you... or have you picked up by the authorities. :)
