How can a US president visit a foreign state and yet ignore all the people in charge of that state, all of whom he has personally appointed.

President Bush met with the leaders of the Governing Council... The Left is getting even more crazed as they continue to lose credibility and power.

Yes, but it was at an Air Force base in Nebraska. The hard part was secretly getting the Council back to Baghdad in time for Hillary.
