Just like the article, Giving money to terrorist for "Peace".
Not hardly gonna happen. The only question is how much of this money will become explosives killing people, and how much of this money will fix streets so other money can be diverted into explosives to kill people.
My vote is help them when they stop buying explosives, until then deliver the explosives with high altitude bombers.
