For all the bluster and authority Rashbaum displays when he barrels down a ward or bellows over an unwieldy phone system, he is a burdened man.

Change some of the terms, and the doctor's name, and this could be a Nazi describing how he exterminated Jews. The abortionists hide behind "choice" and "constitutionality" and "privacy," and the Nazis hid behind their terms. So did slaveholders. BTW, I know other Jewish men of his generation, raised in NYC, atheists to the core, who have his exact politics. They are a dying breed. Their beliefs came from the rampant socialism and communism that infected NYC when they were teenagers in the 1930s and 1940s. Most are in the 70s and 80s now and soon they will all die off.

Notice that Rashbaum only cites the hard cases that involve rape and abnormalities and not those perfectly normal and healthy lives he has snuffed out.

I'll not verbalize my judgement upon "Dr." Rashbaum. Instead, I'll leave it to a Judge far more qualified than I.

I would like to have tried to save Rashbaum that future experience, though.
