PRINCETON, New Jersey (CNN) --Consumer advocate Ralph Nader said Thursday he is leaning toward another independent run for the presidency and will make his decision public in January.

"We're testing the waters," Nader said in an interview with CNN. "It's a high probability but that is yet to be determined."

Nader has formed an exploratory committee for a 2004 run and said he would gauge his support through the success of fund-raising efforts and the number of volunteers who come forward.

LOL...Nice pic. I'm positively giddy about another Nader run. Maybe he'll outpoll Howard Dean.

I'm searchin' now for a Green Party web site. I'm gonna email Ralphie and beg him to run against the corporate greed inherent in the two party system.
I might even send a measly $5 donation and say this was all I could afford because of the Republican/Democrat domination of the political system. I'll get on their mailing lists forever and it'll give them the illusion they've got a grass roots movement going!!
BWA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!

Should we start a letter writing campaign to Ralphie??? "Only a Nanny-state can protect us" or some other drivel to help compel him to help defeat a Rat dwarf...

Well, Ralph, you gotta get out there and inspire folks. Don't wait for them to come to you. Are you a leader, or just an activist with a cause?

If Ralph and Howie are his opponents, GW might just as well save his campaign money for retirement.

I am very pleased that Nader is contemplating running. I will support this wonderful decision with the utmost enthusiasm and encouragement. I think that he can win. If not he can shift the Democrats even further to the left than what they are.

I support you Comrade Nadar! Please Run!

blessings, bobo1

Yes, according to the Atlas of U.S. Elections...Nader got 97,000+ votes in 2000. May he get twice that many in '04. :)

I am very much in favor of Nadir running (no, it's not a misspelling, it's a pun).
