As for your assumptions about my motives...your assumptions are very wrong.
My motive for posting this drivel isn't to humiliate raimondo, he does a good enough job of that himself, but to remind people that this kind of creature exists and pumps out this kind of crap constantly.
It wasn't thank long ago that raimondo was posted on this site regularly, and regailed as being a brillant conservative thinker. It was only following 9/11, and his gleeful screed, that some people finally started to understand raimondo...the real raimondo.
People need to remember that all things claiming to be conservative aren't.
Of course it was meant to humiliate and degrade him. Its called war. Use of such tactics are deployed to save lives on both sides.

Why did you include a quote from this handwringer saying this:

Note: They shaved his beard which he had grown whilst in hiding, but they did not shave off his mustache, which he's had for years. This alone puts the lie to the opinion that his beard was shaved in an attempt to "humiliate him" and take away his "virility".
Your whole lament is pitiful and your concerns misplaced.
If you are lucky he will make this sad chapter in your posting history disappear into electron land to spare you further embarrassment.

Notice raimondo and those like him don't mention how the man who paid Palestinians to blow themselves up for the cause chose to grovel at the boots of a U.S. soldier.
