I remember when Ronnie Reagan took over. He proposed a tax cut, but congress balked. He called a news conference, told America to call their congressmen if they wanted a tax cut.
The tax cut passed.
Maybe Ahnold should give that a try.

Actually, he did. He appeared on radio shows all over the state asking people to contact their legislators and tell them to support his budget plan. I don't know how many did it (I was one who did), but it didn't seem to have much effect on the Democrats.
