I have had the game on and off and missed that interview. But as someone else said the interviewer and the ESPN network director knew he was "feeling no pain" , they set him up and put him on. Interesting that Joe works for ESPN Classic. You would think they would not want to embarrass one of their own employees.
As another said, He is Broadway Joe Namath and as the saying goes, "Never Complain, Never Explain. Case closed.
Joe is still my hero!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Screw you ESPN.

It's always embarrassing when someone on TV is drunk. Does anyone remember when Burt Parks was drunk on the Miss America Pageant. I think it will be the stuff of legends because I doubt we'll EVER see that on TV again!
