ALERT -- STEVE DAVIS MISSING! (found alive)
Myself | 12/28/2003 | Sen Jack S. Fogbound

Posted on 12/28/2003 9:23:31 PM PST by Sen Jack S. Fogbound

Steve Davis was let out of his car, which his wife was driving, on the Hwy 71 near Joplin, NO. His daughter was driving her car behind them, and was supposed to pick him up. Instead of doing so, she whizzed right on by him. The wife got home and realized that Steve was not with them. Steve has not been heard from since being dropped off the Hwy 71 early this morning in the Joplin, Missouri area.

Can any you Joplin, MO freepers help to find him? The Mother is wanting to hear from him!

I'm not sure about The Steve Davis. This Steve Davis is the son of a very good friend of mine. I am trying to help her as much as I can. She is also a Freeper and is very supportive of the Conversative Agenda.

This Steve Davis is THE Steve Davis to me, but not to any one outside the family. This is a totally new experience for us. He was here with the family Saturday. I do not have a pix to post because I am packing. Thanks for your ideas and thoughts. I am the Mom that is worried with the rest of the family.

The Sheriff's Dept. might be more help than the Police.

Have they been notified?

I like to talk, so I'll support the Conversative Agenda, too.

My mistake in spelling. I was typing too fast. I was referring to the Conservative Agenda. LOL

I wonder if CB radio (truck drivers) might be of use.

The daughter did not know of the wife's intent to drop him off. Guess the mindreading technique did not work at the time!

They didn't go back to look for him? How long from the time he was dropped off until it was discovered the daughter didn't pick him up?
What was the reasoning behind him being dropped off?
Why on the side of a highway and not a gas station or whatever?

Well one good thing it isn't very cold here in Mo, but it has been raining off/on most of the day.

Some questions...
Why was he being "dropped off" only for the daughter to pick him up?
Have you asked the daughter why she "whizzed by"?
This just doesn't make sense to me, so please fill in the blanks.
Hope he is safe and well, anyway.

Sheesh commom sense in bending the rules doesn't prevail.

It is not like he took a ride because he needed some man alone time.

This would seem to fall into strange circumstance with the lil info you have given.

Why did he get out of the car?

Regardless prayer bump.

some questions-

Yes there was an argument yesterday. Yes they did go back. No- no one has heard from him. No this has not happened before. Yes he is a solid family man. And yes there are plenty of other relatives to contact, and has not. Has not or can not. The whole situation is totally out of character.
