The biggest disappointment about this is that I couldn't go home for Christmas. Couldn't sit in a car for 8 - 10 hours and couldn't handle luggage at the airport. But that's OK. There is always next year. lol

Then NEXT year is going to be your best Christmas yet. :)

I mentioned the joy and sadness that takes place on these threads in that previous post. If I may...

Late Saturday night we received one of those dreaded phone calls that turn your world upside-down.

Our neighbor and good friend called with news that her one year old grandson died shortly after going to bed for the night. Cause is unknown at this time.

Bradon will forever be one year old and I will forever remember how he walked up to me with outstretched arms two weeks ago with a big hug and laid his head on my shoulder.
