MoveOn should be pushing for the Censure of Hillary Clinton for her racist outburst. Censure and Move On, you know...

How'd you feel about MoveOn's original cause of "Censure and Move On" with regards to President Clinton's perjury testimony in court?

"MoveOn should be pushing for the Censure of Hillary Clinton for her racist outburst. Censure and Move On, you know..."

Or at least to fire her idiot speech-writers. This probably isn't the time to mention Trent Lott's much touted comments, which were seized upon by the media and his opponents within the Republican party itself. Nevertheless, in light of Hillary's remarks, Lott's seem benign. They took this Lott thing totally out of context and blew it way out of proportion.

I wonder if they'll send her to the chopping block too.

The reason I have a difficult time believing you're a conservative is because a conservative wouldn't give the group at MoveOn the time of day. They are affiliated with groups like A.N.S.W.E.R., one of the most anti-American groups in the country and they're run by communists and socialists.

Do your father and brother know that you're in agreement with nearly 30% of what that group say and do? Are those are the sorts of people that you want in charge of our country?

Why do you feel you have to justify your point of view by bringing up your family's military background? People who subscribe to the thoughts of MoveOn and the like often say things like, "Did you serve?" "President Bush and Dick Cheney never served, how dare they expect others to fight their war?" "Why aren't the Bush twins fighting and dying in Iraq?" and on and on.

I would venture a guess that if were to slog my way through that site I could possibly find one or two things to resemble a good conservative idea. But what would be the point really? They're not about negotiation (like their buddy OBL), it's not like I could join up and expand their ideas that resemble mine, they would do their best to convince me I've been brainwashed. It's their way or nothing, hence calling a decent man like President Bush a Nazi.

Allow me to introduce you to another man who didn't want to go to war with Iraq but eventually realized there was no other option.

Dr. David Kelly

A remarkable article by Dr David Kelly, published for the first time today, reveals the government scientist's true views ahead of the war on Iraq and his expert assessment of the threat posed by Saddam Hussein. In a development which could have a major influence on the Hutton inquiry, Kelly said that, although the threat was 'modest', he believed military action was the only way to 'conclusively disarm' the country.

He also argued that there was evidence Saddam still had chemical and biological weapons and regime change, the policy of the United States, was the only way to stop the Iraqi dictator.

The article was written for a major report on Iraq being compiled a few weeks before the war. Kelly had agreed to write it anonymously, but the piece was never published. continued...

Dr. Kelly was as far from a warmonger as one can get, yet even he saw the folly of the UN giving Saddam chance after chance to change his ways.
