The bride is the daughter of Ruth Bryant of Clearwater and Harry Bryant of Lakeland. The bridegroom is the son of Lillie and Adell Maxie of Albany, Ga.

The bride is a graduate of Clearwater High School. She is a health care provider.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Dougherty Comprehensive High School (Ga.) and Community College of the Air Force. He served in the Air Force and is a manager for Castle Dental Center of Florida Inc.

They live in Clearwater.

Zimmer-Wolfe

Julie Michele Wolfe and Jonathan Stanley Zimmer were married Sept. 6, 2003, in Burlington, Iowa. The bride is the daughter of John and Sherry Wolfe of Burlington. The bridegroom is the son of retired Lt. Col. Leon "Bud" and Jane Zimmer of Clearwater. The bride is a graduate of Wapello High School (Iowa) and Iowa Wesleyan College. She is a registered nurse. The bridegroom is a graduate of Dunedin High School and the United States Military Academy at West Point. He is a captain in the Army. They live in Hohenfels, Germany.

Stulic-Appleyard Elaine Norma Appleyard and Frank Andrew Stulic were married Nov. 8, 2003, at St. Matthew's Catholic Church in Largo. The bride is the daughter of Dr. Frederick L. and Clara L. Appleyard of Seminole. The bridegroom is the son of Anna B. Stulic and Steve J. Stulic Sr., both of Long Island, N.Y. The bride is a graduate of Seminole High School and Florida State University. She is a legal assistant for Taylor Woodrow Communities. The bridegroom is a graduate of Sayville High School (N.Y.) and Polytechnic University Long Island campus. He is a security consultant for Tribridge Inc. They live in Seminole.

Clover-Kiger Amanda Kiger and Kyle Clover were married Nov. 29, 2003, in Indian Rocks Beach. The bride is the daughter of Wayne and Michele Kiger of Seminole. The bridegroom is the son of Corinne Clover of Naples and Jeff DuMuochele of Clearwater. The bride is a graduate of Seminole High School. She attends St. Petersburg College. The bridegroom is a graduate of Largo High School. He attends SPC and is employed by Circuit City. They live in Seminole.

King-Kazaleh Tanya Kazaleh and Matthew King were married July 5, 2003, in Tarpon Springs. The bride is the daughter of Sam and Lily Kazaleh of Palm Harbor. The bridegroom is the son of Candace King and Craig King, both of Tampa. The bride is a graduate of Tarpon Springs High School and the University of South Florida. She attends USF toward her master's degree and is a teacher for Tarpon Springs High School. The bridegroom is a graduate of Hillsborough High School, USF and the University of Miami School of Law. He is an attorney/prosecutor for the State of Florida. They live in Tarpon Springs. Mavro-Schuler

Frank Christopher Mavro and John "Michael" Schuler were married Oct. 29, 2003, at Two Hearts Wedding Chapel in Niagara Falls, Canada.

Mavro, above left, is the son of Rosemary and Paul Rogers of Seminole. Schuler is the son of Steve and Linda Schuler of Clearwater.

Mavro is a graduate of Union Hill High School (N.J.). He attends St. Petersburg College.

Schuler is a graduate of Osceola High School. He attends SPC and served in the Army.

They live in Largo.

Kennedy-Lizakowski Miranda Lizakowski and Richard Kennedy were married Nov. 8, 2003, at Christ the King Lutheran Church in Largo. The bride is the daughter of Laura Bergman of Grand Forks, N.D. The bridegroom is the son of Wayne and Patricia Kennedy of Largo. The bride is a graduate of Community High School (N.D.). She is employed by Target Corp. The bridegroom is a graduate of Seminole High School and the University of South Florida. He served in the Air Force and is employed by Sherwin Williams Paint Co. They live in Clearwater.

Hoffman-Reed Larisa Reed and Nicolai Hoffman were married Sept. 13, 2003, in Poulsbo, Wash. The bride is the daughter of David and Kathy Reed of Olalla, Wash. The bridegroom is the son of Anja and Michael McConnor of St. Petersburg and the late Ted Hoffman. The bride is a graduate of South Kitsap High School (Wash.) and the University of Miami. She is a physical therapist for Children's Therapies. The bridegroom is a graduate of St. Petersburg High School and the University of Florida. He is employed by Agilis Engineering Inc. They live in Boca Raton.

Young-Dohlmar Lindsay Ann Dohlmar and Thomas Allan Young were married Aug. 21, 2003, in St. Petersburg. The bride is the daughter of Nancy Dohlmar and Raymon Lorenzo and Kenneth Dohlmar, all of St. Petersburg. The bridegroom is the son of Stephanie and Ed Polinsky and Roger Young, all of St. Petersburg. The bride is a graduate of Gibbs High School. The bridegroom is a graduate of Gibbs High School and serves in the Navy. They live in Lake Bluff, Ill.

Lemieux-Buckland Sarah Buckland and Randy Lemieux were married Sept. 20, 2003, in Boca Grande. The bride is the daughter of Bob and Kathy Buckland of Englewood. The bridegroom is the son of Guy and Darlene Lemieux of St. Petersburg. The bride is employed by Colours Inc. The bridegroom served in the Marine Corps and is vice president of Colours Inc. They live in Englewood.

There are valid reasons why most folks and modern society itself, continue to condemn homosexuality. Marriage is meant for man and woman. If homosexuals want to be joined in a civil union, let`em get a lawyer to draw up a legal contract. Continuing to advance the idea of homosexual marriage will only weaken another bedrock principle of society and lead to further moral degradation. Looks like the militant gay agenda marches on.
