This has to be the dumbest thing I've ever seen (to be surpassed by even dumber things, I'm sure). Bush is not the Nazi German empire! Whatever your feelings on this war are, they certainly cannot be what moveon's twisted feelings are...

I dont remember the adds, but I do remember the seething hatred here. I also am probably in the minority when I say that I dont like the term "Hitlery".

I will be the first to admit there is NO LOVE lost for either bill or hill in my house but I never once in his entire 8 lousy a$$ years in the Whitehouse ever wished him dead, ever encouraged people to kill him or her. I think there are others on here also that can agree with me on this. But if you educate yourself just a little on the minds of these people I truly believe you also would be just a little aghast at their thought process. These people are socialists and the things they wish upon this country and our President is frightning and hard to believe unless you see it for yourself.

I have shared this insight to many friends that were clueless that these people existed and now they are getting involved. We must all pass out this info to others and educate what looney bins we are up against. They will stand at nothing because they have a hate for our President that I never had for clinton, and i to this day dislike that couple.

I don't totally disagree with you....but I guess my comments reflect an increased cynicism about both sides in this matter. Yes....Move On was over the top but it was a more a difference of degree (to be sure an important one) rather than kind from the old FR Hitler threads. BTW, if those threads appeared now, Jim Rob would probably pull them and, in some sense, more's the pity.

I guess I am not that bothered by political invective, even of the extreme variety. Can't we all try to have thick skins on such matter? Political invective is as American as apple pie. If you don't believe me, read sometime what they said about Jefferson and Lincoln.

Actually, I think we are IN that second civil war. "Careful" is not exactly what we need to be. Purposeful, resolute and, above all, WILLING are the attributes we will need. Keep your powder dry, and at your side.
