Wrong...They will vote Democrat, because the Democrats typically provide better social programs, health aid, medicaid, educational benefits. No, GWB just handed the Democrats the biggest socializing program since the Medicare Prescription Drug fiasco. Illegals and their families will now get free medical and educational services. Who pays? There are no free lunches. And the illegals don't make enough to pay for the benefits themselves. Thus, the middle class Americans will end up paying this bill.

I will not be voting for a democrat in 2004 and I know exactly how they stand on this issue.

If you read the F.A.I.R. article you might see that the immigrant population of this country now votes mostly democratic. We do not need to import more democratic voters. I know this proposal doesn't offer citizenship right away but its one step closer to it.
